Mar 11, 2025 (newstodate): Copenhagen Airport saw cargo volumes in February 2025 down by 1.3 percent, y-o-y, attributed to last year's leap year effect corrupting the direct comparison.
Be it as it may, total volumes handled at Copenhagen Airport, legacy and integrator carriers combined, were 24,616 tonnes including 3,810 tonnes of imports, 4,151 tonnes of exports, and 16,654 tonnes of transfer cargo.
So far into 2025, Copenhagen Airport's total cargo volumes are thus only moderately up by 0.4 percent, y-o-y, to 50,248 tonnes of flown and trucked air cargo.
Still not officially announced, the Chinese cargo carrier Central Airlines is expected to launch Boeing 777F services starting from March 31, 2025, with four weekly flights from Ezhou Huahu Airport to Copenhagen Airport, continuing to Paris CDG and finally returning from Paris to Changde Taohuayuan Airport and chartered by a Chinese company to bring in Chinese e-trace shipments.
