Mar 06, 2024 (newstodate): Air Greenland has taken a step forward in its modernization and digitalization strategy.
The carrier has thus signed a multi-year agreement with CHAMP adopting numerous Cargospot products in 2024, including Cargospot Airline, Cargospot Handling, Cargospot Mobile, Cargospot Revenue Accounting, Cargospot AirMail, and Cargospot Portal, supporting Air Greenland’s widespread network of remote operations with more visibility, enhanced connectivity, and collaboration.
-By investing in CHAMP’s open and interconnected systems facilitating integration and collaboration across remote teams, we are strongly positioned to grow in the years ahead, says Soren Norso, Air Greenland Head of Cargo from July 2023.
The successive opening from the end of this year of new international airports in Greenland will bring new potentials for both passenger and cargo traffic and a new infrastructure serving the needs of the country's interaction with external markets.
First to come is the opening of the new airport at the capital Nuuk, announced for November 28, 2024.
