Feb 06, 2024 (newstodate): After a prolonged period with decline in cargo volumes, Estonia's Tallinn Airport reports positive figures for January 2024.
In January, a total of 747 tonnes of cargo was handled at the airport, which was 7.9 percent up on last year.
44.1 percent of the cargo was on the export side, while imports accounted for another 55.9 percent.
January 2023 was however steeply down in volumes by 21.2 percent due to the abrupt shortfall of ex-China e-trade shipments after the closure of Russian airspace.
