Feb 15, 2024 (newstodate): Ryanair is to expand its flight program at Copenhagen Airport in summer 2024.
The LCC will be operating 182 weekly flights from it base at Copenhagen, compared to 137 in summer '23, corresponding to an increase by 33 percent, y-o-y.
Ryanair will thus offer flight from Copenhagen to 33 destinations in the coming summer program, including flights to new destinations Bristol, Paris, Poznan, Olbia, Sofia, Warszawa and Zadar, with flights to Paris and Warszawa operated already in the current winter program.
Ryanair re-opened its base at Copenhagen Airport on December 1, 2023, allocating two Boeing 737-800 aircraft to serve a route network in winter 2023/24 comprising 24 routes and securing employment of some 100 staff.
The LCC earlier indicated plans for adding another two Boeing 737-800 aircraft at Copenhagen to expand the traffic schedule from summer 2024.
