Feb 20, 2024 (newstodate): Qatar Airways and Finnair are deepening their code-share cooperation further with new joint-coded flights between Helsinki and five European destinations from the start of the summer 2024 schedule.
   The new arrangement will see Qatar Airways adding its airline code to Finnair flights from Helsinki to five European destinations including Billund and Keflavik as well as three Polish destinations Gdansk, Krakow and Wroclaw - in all cases marking a deepening of Qatar Airways' reach in the Nordic and E European markets.
   As the Finnair/Qatar Airways partnership took effect from November 2022, Qatar pulled out from the Finnish market, leaving all flights to and from Doha to Finnair from December 15, 2022.  
   Qatar Airways launched flights from Qatar to Helsinki, Finland, from October 10, 2016.
