Feb 29, 2024 (newstodate): The Danish seaplane operator Nordic Seaplanes is now settled in Malta through a subsidiary, Nordic Sky.
   On February 23, 2024, the Maltese carrier was granted its AOC and operating license by the Maltese authority with a fleet of one of the parent company's DHC6 Twin Otter aircraft.
   Until now, Nordic Seaplanes' operations were performed under the AOC of the Swiss company Zimex Aviation.  
   Nordic Seaplanes is now to restart daily operations with the Maltese subsidiary's DHC-6 aircraft from July 2024 on the route connecting Copenhagen and Aarhus launched on May 25, 2016.
