   And the Russian state is keen to see that the presidential order is duly obeyed!
   According to Russian media, the head of the Federation Council has now instructed the economic policy committee, headed by Andrei Kutepov, to monitor the timing of the construction of civil aircraft outlined in the comprehensive program for the development of the aviation industry until 2030.
   -Colleagues, let’s do this: we have heard many times that there are so many aircraft in such and such years... you can blame the Ministry of Transport or our airlines as much as you like, but if there are no aircraft, then why blame them?, the head of the Federation Council said at the recent meeting.  
   -I’m not an aviation specialist. I just know: there is a presidential order, there is a program, the number of aircraft has been determined - they must be built and transferred to our airlines!
   -Kutepov, you will be subject to the strictest demands! she said encouragingly to the head of the economic policy committee.
