Jan 15, 2024 (newstodate): The German Rhenus Group is strengthening its focus on Norway's seafood logistics with a new appointment.
   The company has thus named Christian Gran-Henriksen its new National Manager Fresh who took up the new challenge by January 1, 2024, based in Oslo.
   No bad choice, indeed: Mr Gran-Henriksen brings in rich experience from years in the country's forwarding and air logistics industry starting in 1998 with NorCargo Airfreight, later moving to management positions with companies including Kuehne+Nagel, DHL Global Forwarding, Panalpina and last serving with Greencarrier as Manager Airfreight Perishables from October 2017 till landing at Rhenus Logistics.
   Rhenus Logistics entered the Norwegian market with the opening of Rhenus Logistics Norway AS in Oslo from February 2022, managed by Jannike Cappelen.
   The German Rhenus Group opened business in the Danish market with two offices in June 2022 after operating in Sweden through integration with the Swedish company Swedlink from February 2021, and adding the Norwegian market with the opening of Rhenus Logistics Norway AS in Oslo from February 2022.
