Jan 31, 2024 (newstodate): The Danish charter carrier Jettime will have a new CEO from March 1, 2024: Anders Fred.
Taking the industry with surprise, the company today announced the stepping down of Jorgen Holme by February 29, 2024, leaving the seat to Anders Fred, serving as CEO at Jettime's sister carrier Novair since August 2003, but with the company since December 1997 till its demise in October 2023.
Mr Holme leaves Jettime in excellent shape after taking the rudder on June 8, 2020, when the new company was registered by the investment company JT3H owned by Lars Thuesen, with Jorgen Holme as CEO.
Jettime is the successor of Jet Time that filed for bankruptcy on July 21, 2020, and took to the skies from the corona-plagued winter 2020 with only 30 employees and two aircraft after going through a thorough turn-around.
Today, Jettime is operating a fleet of 11 aircraft and employs 450 staff, exiting its latest fiscal year ending September 30, 2023, with a significant positive result.
