Jan 09, 2024 (newstodate): AJW Capital, a key player in aviation asset management, will have a renowned Icelandic aviation pro at the helm from the start of this year.
   The company has appointed Erlendur Svavarsson as its new CEO to spearhead the company's strategic initiatives.
   As part of the AJW Group of companies, AJW Capital serves as the principal investing division responsible for the purchase, sale, and lease of large aviation-related capital assets, including whole aircraft and engines.
   Mr Svavarsson bring in rich experience from Cabo Verde Airlines, the Icelandair Group, Loftleidir Icelandic, Arctica Finance, and Faradair Aerospace.
