Sep 11, 2023 (newstodate): Fresh information is now confirming the launch of flights to Oslo Airport from Romania's new Brasov-Ghimbav International Airport.
   The opening flight will be operated on October 31, 2023, with Airbus A320 aircraft on the new route to be served once weekly during the coming winter schedule.
   The route to Oslo also marks the airline's entry into the Scandinavian market.
   June 15, 2023, saw the inaugural flight at Romania's new airport at Brasov-Ghimbav International Airport - the first airport to be built in post-Soviet Romania, and the 17th commercial airport in the country.
   With a fleet of four Airbus A320 Family aircraft, DAN AIR is today the only airline operating at the airport that comprises one 2,800 m runway allowing for operations by medium-sized aircraft including Airbus A320 and Boeing 737.
