The Air Astana group has now officially opened a new aviation training center, the first in Central Asia certified by EASA.
The ATC is located at Astana Airport, equipped with a full flight A320 Reality7e simulator manufactured by the American company L3 Harris, and the first simulator of this type in the region.
Air Astana has also invested in cabin emergency evacuation and fire-fighting training simulators, slated for entering operations by the end of 2023.
