Sep 11, 2023 (newstodate): New airline customer with Nordic Aviation Capital is the British LCC easyJet.
   NAC has thus acquired two Airbus A320 aircraft from the Japanese leasing company SMBC Aviation Capital Ltd, and placed the aircraft with easyJet on a new lease contract.
   Marking its first contract with easyJet, the contract also signals the entry of Airbus A320 aircraft as a new addition to Nordic Aviation Capital's aircraft portfolio.
   So far, NAC has had its focus on regional aircraft, but added Boeing 737 aircraft since earlier this year.
   At the Paris Air Show 2019, NAC also signed a MoU, later turned into a firm order, with Airbus for the acquisition of 20 A220 Family aircraft, with the state-owned carrier Linhas Aereas de Angola, TAAG, as its first customer.
