Sep 19, 2023 (newstodate): Today Ukraine's largest airline in fleet size, SkyUp Airlines has all nine aircraft in the air.
In September 2023, SkyUp Airlines is operating charter flights on contracts with the Turkish airline Tailwind Airlines, the Dutch Corendon Dutch Airlines, the Moldovan HiSky, and the Egyptian FlyEgypt.
SkyUp Airlines has also performed regular flights for Tunisair as well as regular flights for the Moldovan airline Flyone.
In addition to these operations, and under its own call sign, SkyUp Airlines has also operated flights between Tel Aviv and Chisinau, in Moldova, primarily for Hasidic pilgrims visiting Uman in Ukraine to celebrate Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish new year.
SkyUp Airlines' active fleet comprises two Boeing 737-700 and seven Boeing 737-800 aircraft - while two Boeing 737-800 aircraft are stuck in Khartoum Airport, Sudan; one aircraft reportedly fully burned out, while the condition of the second aircraft remains unverified.
