Aug 21, 2023 (newstodate): The search for a new man to head Finnair from March 1, 2024 - at the latest - has started.
   In a surprising release on August 18, 2023, Finnair announced the retreat from the office of CEO and President by Topi Manner who has been in charge since January 1, 2019, leading Finnair through challenging times including the crisis of the COVID-19 pandemic and the closure of Russian airspace.
   Mr Manner will remain in office until his successor has been named and next move on to become CEO at the Finnish company Elisa Corporation.
