Jul 27, 2023 (newstodate): Toll Group has a new Country Manager in Denmark: Nicolaj Loegsted.
   Mr Loegsted took on his new assignment from July 1, 2023, after joining the Toll Group in October 2021 as Branch Manager & Nordic Air Manager, leaning on almost five years with A. P. Moller-Maersk primarily in the air cargo and logistics segments.
   Newcomer to the Nordic and Baltic markets in 2010, Australia's Toll Global Forwarding entered the Danish market from September 1, 2010, with offices in Copenhagen, Odense and Aarhus.
   Toll Group Denmark next opened a new office near Copenhagen Airport  in December 2021 and a 2,000 m2 warehouse facility in Glostrup in January 2022.
   On the sideline: the Toll Group actually has a strong Danish touch also at the global level as Danish national Thomas Knudsen was elevated to the position of new Chairman of the Toll Group in June 2022 2020; he first joined the Group on January 1, 2018, to lead its global forwarding division with Singapore as his base, and was later promoted as Toll Group Managing Director from January 1, 2020.
