Jun 22, 2023 (newstodate): Managing Helsinki Airport, Finavia is responsible for air traffic management of no less than 100,000 flying objects nestling close to Runway 2.
   The flying objects are two colonies each housing some 50,000 bees nurtured in hives, tasked with nurturing the environment, diversity and natural habitats located on the airport - producing also honey for consumers.
   Focusing on its core business, Finavia has cleverly outsourced the management of the bee hives to a local provider, Korpikuusikon Hunaja.
