Jun 02, 2023 (newstodate): Event bent on expansion, Lithuania's Avia Solutions Group is adding one more carrier to its group: AirExplore.
   The Slovak charter and ACMI carrier AirExplore received its AOC on May 31, 2010, and entered the cargo market in 2022 alongside its passenger aircraft leasing services.
   The carrier's first converted Boeing 737-800, formerly operated by Ryanair, completed its conversion process at Boeing Shandong Taikoo Aircraft Engineering by the end of August 2022 and is now placed with the UAE-based RDS Cargo Group on an ACMI contract.
   The converted freighter brought the fleet of AirExplore to nine Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
   Based at Bratislava and with Martin Stulajter as CEO and co-owner, Air Explore received its AOC on May 31, 2010, launching flights with its first aircraft, a Boeing 737-300.
