May 03, 2023 (newstodate): Cargo handling company WFS is spearheading a project in Copenhagen in cooperation with CIND to develop a new innovative solution for the air cargo industry.
   A Swedish software company set up in 2015 as a branch from SAAB AB, CIND has developed systems enabling volumetric data extraction for palletized goods in motion.  
   In its latest version branded ContourSpect, CIND has further developed the system for implementation in the air cargo industry in a joint project with WFS Denmark to build-up ULDs more efficiently and safely.  
   The concept is a combination of cameras and software that in real-time builds a 3D model of the goods loaded on the ULDs; this is then compared with the selected ULD contour.

   CIND and WFS will present ContourSpect at the forthcoming 2023 Air Cargo Europe trade fair in Munich.
