May 04, 2023 (newstodate): The Danish charter and ACMI carrier Jettime will have a busy summer serving Air Greenland on an extensive Boeing 737-800 wet-lease contract.
Jettime will thus be operating two weekly rotations between Copenhagen and Kangerlussuaq from June 19 till September 29, one weekly rotation between Billund and Kangerlussuaq from June 21 till August 30, and two weekly rotations between Copenhagen and Narsarsuaq from June 29 till July 4, 2023.
Jettime has also landed a seven-month ACMI contract to provide capacity for SAS with four to six legs per day on three Boeing 737-800 aircraft, as well as one aircraft from the Finnish base for flights on five weekdays.
In total, four of Jettime's aircraft will thus be dedicated to ACMI operations, while another six aircraft primarily based at Copenhagen Billund and Helsinki will be serving the charter market, with main customers including TUI, Bravo Tours and Club La Santa.
Operating the summer 2023 program, Jettime's fleet comprises a total of 11 aircraft including 10 Boeing 737-800 as well as one Boeing 737-700 aircraft primarily serving as back-up capacity.
