From Tokyo Haneda Airport, ANA's routes to Fukuoka, Nagoya, Osaka and Sapporo will join the code-share program, as will Singapore Airlines' routes from Singapore to Perth and Jakarta. The Scandinavian carrier wants to offer improved connections to Asia and Australia.
Repeatedly postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic, SAS is resuming flights to Tokyo in summer 2023.
Starting from March 29, 2023, SAS has been offering three weekly flights to Tokyo Haneda Airport till April 7, going up to four weekly rotations till April 18, down to two rotations till April 25, before eventually landing at a daily rotation from June 1 till September 30, 2023.
Since 2013, the route between Copenhagen and Singapore has been operating in a JV between Singapore Airlines and SAS.
