Apr 18, 2023 (newstodate): With its AOC and Operating License in place, the Estonian/German carrier Marabu is now ready to enter the market.
   In the fleet of the new carrier are three Airbus A320 aircraft on a wet-lease contract with the Lithuanian carrier Heston Airlines during the summer schedule, as well as three Airbus A320neo aircraft leased from the Estonian partner Nordic Aviation Group/Nordica.
   With the first commercial flight on April 15, 2023, from Munich to Palma de Mallorca, Marabu will be operating flights from Hamburg and Munich to Mediterranean tourism spots, Egypt, the Canary Islands, Portugal and Spain.
   Closer to the Nordic/Baltic region, Marabu Airlines will also launch flights to is home turf Tallinn, Estonia, from Munich and Hamburg starting from May 21 and June 16, 2023, respectively.
