Mar 21, 2023 (newstodate): The Polish airline LOT and the international air cargo company Strike Aviation have expanded their cooperation into Mexico and Costa Rica.
Strike Aviation has thus been contracted to represent LOT in Mexico and Costa Rica, where the carrier currently operates seasonal flights from Warsaw to Cancun in southeast Mexico.
Strike Aviation and LOT Polish Airlines have been working together since 2015, but so far only in the Baltic region – Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.
-Under the terms of the newly signed contract with LOT, we will transport goods from Mexico and Costa Rica to locations in Europe and Asia. It is an important new direction for us that highlights Strike Aviation's stronger competitive positions in the global market, says Andrius Antanaitis, Strike Aviation Director of Business Development for Europe.
Strike Aviation expects to a broad range of products on LOT, from medical supplies and lab equipment to spare parts, and computer components.
In November 2022, Strike Aviation also signed a Representation agreement with the US air freight company Amerijet International, based in Miami, Florida.
Strike Aviation operates from major air cargo hubs in Europe, North, and South America, with offices in 26 cities worldwide, including the three Baltic countries and Warsaw, Poland.
