Mar 29, 2023 (newstodate): Rhenus Denmark has now achieved GDP - Good Distribution Practices - certification to handle pharmaceutical cargo.
   Rhenus Denmark has thus become one among half a dozen Rhenus branches gaining GDP certification in the EU in the past six months.
   -The certificates confirm that we meet the EU’s guidelines on “good distribution practice for medicinal products for human use”. In other words, all the processes along the supplychain are fully documented, and a quality management system in line with the GDP guidelines has been implemented, says Ole Møller Hansen Hansen, Managing Director, Rhenus Air & Ocean Denmark.
   The German Rhenus Group entered the Danish market with two offices only in June 2022 after operating in Sweden through integration with the Swedish company Swedlink since February 2021, and adding the Norwegian market with the opening of Rhenus Logistics Norway AS in Oslo from February 2022.
