Mar 29, 2023 (newstodate): Hardly a surprise, Delta Air Lines will retreat from serving the Scandinavian markets by the end of this summer schedule.
The carrier has now announced the suspension of flights from the end of October on six European routes, including also flights from New York to Copenhagen and Stockholm.
After the end of the Corina pandemic, Delta Air Lines returned services to the two Scandinavian destinations from summer 2022, offering five weekly rotations with Boeing 767-300 aircraft.
Since April 2008, Delta Air Lines Cargo cooperates with ProActive Airlines Services to provide GSSA services in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland.
