Mar 10, 2023 (newstodate):  The Danish in-night distribution company, DANX is opening business in Poland through a new partnership.
   DANX has thus announced a new 50/50 joint-venture with the Polish logistics provider, ILS, to create a strong distribution network in Poland to meet the growing demand for high-quality time-critical and in-night logistics solutions in Eastern Europe.
   Expected to become operational by spring 2023, DANX’s joint venture in Poland will support the DANX Carousel group in realizing ambitions to become the European leader for time critical in-night logistics, growing its service offering and providing a foundation for further expansion across Eastern Europe.
   In September 2021, the Danish in-night logistics provider DANX merged with the UK-based logistics provider Carousel Logistics as a result of the emergence of a new lead investor, Axcel, a Nordic-based professional investment company, that is also an investor in Carousel that works along similar lines with mission-critical end-to-end supply chain solutions handling of time-sensitive spare parts across Europe.
