Mar 02, 2023 (newstodate): The ever-expanding aviation conglomerate Avia Solutions Group has moved from Lithuania to Ireland.
   Following the transfer of its controlling headquarters from Vilnius, Lithuania, to Ireland, Dublin, the group has become the second largest Irish-registered aviation business, only surpassed by Ryanair.
   -Moving the company’s controlling headquarters to Ireland was a strategically important step for us in terms of our further development plans. Numerous aviation companies are located here, hence, being closer to the aviation community we will be able to implement the group’s development plans faster and maintain market leadership, says Jonas Janukenas, CEO of Avia Solutions Group, in a release.
   With offices in Ireland, Lithuania, the US, United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Australia and Asia Pacific and employing over 11,000 staff, Avia Solutions Group is the world’s largest ACMI services group with a fleet of more than so far 165 aircraft operated by various passenger and cargo airlines in the Group.
   The group also provides a full pallet of aviation services including aircraft maintenance, pilot and crew training, ground handling, and others.
