Feb 22, 2023 (newstodate): Norway's Oslo Airport did not escape the industry's general decline in cargo in the first month of this year.
Counting flown cargo only, volumes handled at Oslo Airport were down 10 percent in January 2023, to a total of 9,793 tonnes.
The volume of international cargo dropped even further by 11 percent, y-o-y, to 9,196 tonnes.
2022 was also not another record year in flown cargo volumes handled at Norway's Oslo Airport.
In January-December 2022 the airport's total volumes were down by 11 percent, y-o-y, to 123,651 tonnes.
