Dec 13, 2023 (newstodate): Ryanair has revealed a grand scheme to build a strong position in Morocco.
In summer 2024, the carrier will be operating over 1,100 weekly flights across 175 routes, including 35 new routes.
Ryanair will also set up a new base at Tangier - its fourth in the country - allocating two Boeing 737-800 aircraft to serve eight international routes and three domestic routes.
Of the 35 new routes, 24 are international services with only one heading for Scandinavia: flights between Marrakech and Stockholm, while 11 new routes are domestic connections.
