   The Institute of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics in Novosibirsk has thus developed a technology for restoring burnt and broken rotor blades for Airbus and Boeing aircraft engines.
   Two new factories are now under construction to start production by the end of 2024 of renovated rotor blades using new materials claimed to be close to the original.
