   Russian and Philippine negotiators have reached agreement on resumption of direct flights between the two countries, and the pertinent certificates have been issued, Russian media report.
   After this, flights can be opened in the near future, and Aeroflot has now obtained green lights for opening flights on routes connecting Moscow and Manila, Cebu in the Philippines once a market position has been established.
