Nov 10, 2023 (newstodate): The Finnish company GA Telesis Engine Service OY has named a new President: Gunnar Mar Sigurfinsson.
   Mr Sigurfinsson has thus taken final leave of Icelandair Cargo after a brief period since September 15, 2023, tasked with "support to important projects that lie ahead within the company" following his decision to step down as Icelandair Managing Director Cargo.
   Mr Sigurfinnsson's career with Icelandair reaches back to 2005, first serving as Chief Commercial Officer for over five years, followed by more than 15 years in the position as head of Icelandair Cargo.
