Nov 10, 2023 (newstodate): The Vietnamese start-up forwarding and logistics company Freightzhen Logistics has named its General Manager: Thomas Thiele Majholt.
   Danish national Thomas Thiele Majholt is now at the helm of the company that started business only from November 8, 2023, but he brings in solid experience stretching back to 1998 as forwarder with Mahe Freight in Denmark, while the career spans employment and leading positions with many companies including InterJet Air, Post Denmark, and Itella.
   Starting in January 2014, Mr Majholt served with NTG Air & Ocean - first eight years in the Danish company and later moving to Japan as NTG Air & Ocean Mng Dir Feb 2022-Nov 2023 - before moving on to Vietnam to take up his latest new position with Freightzhen.
   He is not, however, the only Danish face at Freightzhen that was founded in Thailand in 2018 by Jimmy Jensen, himself Danish/Thai, who started a life-long career in the logistics and freight forwarding industry as trainee at Jumbo Shipping Thailand in 1995, later moving to companies including Geodis, DSV, Scan Global Logistics and Rohlig Logistics, before establishing his own company Freightzhen Logistics in Thailand in 2018.
