   Bergen is thus mentioned among "future routes" with no further details on start of operations or frequencies.
   Bergen is however no newcomer on Turkish Airlines' list of potential destinations; already in 2013 the destination was mentioned alongside Trondheim on a list of potential new destinations - and plans for opening flights to Bergen have since surfaced repeatedly, so far without concrete action.
