Oct 30, 2023 (newstodate): Etihad Airways has now launched flights to its second destination in Russia.
   Starting from October 29, 2023, the carrier has introduced flights on the route from Abu Dhabi to St Petersburg Pulkovo Airport, offering three weekly rotations operated with Boeing 787 aircraft.
   Etihad entered the Russian market with opening the route from Abu Dhabi to Moscow Domodedovo Airport on December 1, 2008, with five weekly Airbus A319 rotations.
   The carrier is now looking into potentials for opening further routes from Abu Dhabi to other destinations in Russia.
