Jan 24, 2023 (newstodate): The Norwegian long-haul LCC Norse Atlantic Airways is again spreading its wings, connecting Europe and the USA.
   Starting from June 19, 2023, the carrier will launch a daily flight between Rome Fiumicino Airport and New York JFK.
   Rome will thus become the carrier's fifth European destination after Oslo, London Gatwick, Paris and Berlin.
   Founded in February 2021, the airline operates a fleet of Boeing 787 aircraft between Europe and North America.
    Norse Atlantic Airways performed its inaugural flight on June 14, 2022, from Oslo Airport to New York JFK and operates a fleet comprising 15 Boeing 787 aircraft, five of which are now on wet-lease contracts with other operators.
