Jan 03, 2023 (newstodate): The leading regional aircraft lessor Nordic Aviation Capital rounded off 2022 with two more aircraft deals.
   One ATR 72-500 aircraft was sold to Buddha Air that operates domestic and international services within Nepal and between Nepal and India, with a fleet already comprising 11 ATR 72-500 aircraft well-suited for the country's short field operations.
   Another deal covering the sales of one ATR 72-500 aircraft was concluded with MRO provider Skyways Technics that is focused on regional aircraft support, providing technical aircraft services to clients worldwide.
   As part of the reconstruction completed in 2022, NAC is slimming its fleet to 390 owned and on-order aircraft, from 480 aircraft plus commitments for another 71 aircraft, totaling 561 units by the end of 2021.
