Jan 18, 2023 (newstodate): The Lebanese carrier Middle East Airlines is bolstering its nonstop services to Copenhagen in summer 2023.
   The carrier will be operating flights connecting Beirut and Copenhagen with five weekly rotations during the period June-August '23, against the current schedule containing three weekly flights with Airbus A320/A321 aircraft.
   Middle East Airlines first put Copenhagen on the route map with nonstop seasonal services from June 1, 2004, adding year-round services from 2018.
   Since February 2021, Middle East Airlines has been handled by Menzies at Copenhagen Airport, replacing Aviator.
