Jan 10, 2023 (newstodate): Kyrgyzstan is seeing a steep growth in its air cargo volumes.
   During the first 10 months of 2022, the total volumes of cargo handled at the country's airport were 30,576 tonnes with shipments to and from Istanbul, Guangzhou and Shanghai in the forefront, which compares strongly to the total volumes handled in 2021: 23,608 tonnes, and to volumes in pre-Covid 2019 totaling 15,253 tonnes.
   Supporting the steep growth in cargo, Kyrgyzstan has till now signed air transport agreements with 30 countries.
