Sep 21, 2022 (newstodate): The merger of the Danish in-night logistics provider DANX and the UK-based logistics provider Carousel Logistics is now opening up for a further expansion into Ireland.
   Carousel Logistics has thus acquired the Irish full-service transport and logistics company, Alltrans, with operations located in Dublin and Cork and focusing on the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
   The merger of DANX and Carousel was a result of the emergence of a new lead investor, Axcel, a Nordic-based professional investment company, that is also an investor in Carousel that works along similar lines with mission-critical end-to-end supply chain solutions handling of time-sensitive spare parts across Europe.
