Sep 20, 2022 (newstodate): New on the tarmac at Denmark's Billund Airport is Air Greenland in spring 2023.
   With the inaugural flight on March 29, 2023, the carrier will be offering seasonal flights on its second scheduled route to Denmark with one weekly rotation from Kangerlussuaq, adding to the daily year-round flights between Greenland and Copenhagen Airport.
   The flights will be operated with wet-leased capacity from Air Greenland's longtime partner, the Danish charter and wet-lease operator Jettime using Boeing 737-800 aircraft on the route.
   Jettime is well acquainted with the Greenland flights, operating for Air Greenland from Copenhagen to Kangerlussuaq and Narsarssuak on six weekdays in summer schedules, including this year's summer.
