Aug 30, 2022 (newstodate): WFS has named a new Station Manager at Copenhagen Airport: Peter Krabbe.
Mr Krabbe joined WFS Denmark as Warehouse and Ramp Supervisor in July 2014 and was promoted WFS Warehouse and Ramp Manager in 2016.
Starting his career in the ground handling business with Novia in April 1991, he served the company - merged with Aviator Airport Alliance in 2011 - for 20 years prior to moving to WFS Denmark.
Mr Krabbe is taking over his new duty as WFS Denmark expectedly opens its new WFS cargo terminal 3 at Copenhagen Airport in September 2022.
WFS is now handling the cargo of 31 online carriers at Copenhagen Airport, as well as providing cargo handling services for a further 127 offline carriers.
WFS made its debut at Copenhagen Airport with the opening of its first 4,600 m2 cargo terminal in 2006, adding a 3,000 m2 Terminal 2 facility at the beginning of 2010, as well as setting up a new 1,500 m2 facility dedicated to handling of pharma shipments, opened on September 3, 2019.
