Aug 04, 2022 (newstodate): Air cargo volumes have been on a steady growth curve all through 2022 at Vagar Airport, in the Faroe Islands.
   In January-June 2022, the airport has been handling a total of 399 tonnes of cargo, which is an increase by 67 percent, y-o-y.   
   Only 95 tonnes of mail have been handled at the airport in January-June 2022, which is 22.7 percent less than in H1/2021.
   Except for June, the volumes of cargo have been rising every month.
