Aug 18, 2022 (newstodate): Without much fanfare, SAS Cargo is divesting of its subsidiary Trust Forwarding.
   With effect from June 16, 2022, the Danish SGL Group took over 100 percent of the shares in Trust Forwarding through its subsidiary, Scan Global Logistics.
   The acquisition, to be closed in October '22, adds momentum to Scan Global Logistics' position in the Nordic market where Trust Forwarding is present with offices in the airport of Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen and Gothenburg.
   Originally branded SAS Forwarding, the SAS Cargo Group company was re-named Trust Forwarding in 2003 and first poised for sale already in 2009 as part of an earlier survival strategy of SAS, Core SAS.
