Aug 05, 2022 (newstodate): China is enforcing a strict Covic-19 policy on international air services.
As one recent example, Aeroflot has had its weekly flights between Moscow and Shanghai suspended until September 5, 2022, as 16 passengers were found infected with Covid-19 upon arrival on July 25 in Shanghai Airport.
The rules governing foreign airlines arriving at Shanghai Airport state that if the number of infected incoming passengers is three to four, the number of passengers allowed on flights by the airline is reduced by 50 percent. With five to nine cases detected, flights will be suspended for two weeks, and in case of 10–29 infected passengers, flights will be suspended for four weeks.
