Jun 20, 2022 (newstodate): The handling ground handling company Aviator Airport Services continues what seems a string of good news in the Scandinavian markets in 2022.
As the latest news, Aviator has announced the successful extension of its contract with its longstanding customer in Sweden, the Turkish low-cost charter carrier Pegasus.
Under the renewed contract, now extended for another three years, Aviator will provide Pegasus with ground handling and de-icing services at Gothenburg Airport.
Earlier this month, Aviator signed up with Niceair, a new airline customer at Copenhagen Airport, and the Polish carrier LOT extended its ground handling contract with Aviator Airport Alliance in Denmark and Sweden.
In May 2021, Aviator secured the renewal of the handling contract with Air Serbia in Scandinavia, and the new Norwegian airline Play picked Aviator for ground handling and de-icing services at two stations in Norway, Stavanger and Trondheim airports; also the Danish charter and ACMI carrier Jettime inked a new contract with Aviator for three years, comprising ground handling and de-icing services at Gothenburg Airport.
Eurowings selected Aviator Airport Alliance for ground handling and de-icing services for its flights from Stockholm to 12 European destinations from March 27, 2022.
