May 04, 2022 (newstodate): The Italian LCC Volotea has made its debut in the Scandinavian markets, opening up in Denmark.
   With the inaugural flight on May 3, 2022, the carrier is online on the new route connecting Naples and Aalborg Airport and now offering one weekly rotation with Airbus A319 aircraft during the summer season ending in October.
   Till now, Volotea has only been visiting Scandinavia, including Norway, with occasional ad-hoc and charter flights.
   To boost the brand of Volotea, the company has contracted APG as its GSA in Denmark, Norway, Sweden & Iceland.  
   Under the agreement, APG will be providing sales and marketing services throughout the countries.
