May 03, 2022 (newstodate): The first airline in Romania to operate the Airbus A340-300 aircraft is Legend Airlines.
   Legend Airlines, a startup airline headquartered in Bucharest, Romania, will operate ACMI and Charter flights within International destinations worldwide, providing also a wide range of cargo solutions.
   The carrier has now taken delivery of its first aircraft, an Airbus A340-600 earlier operating in the fleet of Finnair for 10 years from 2007 and later taken over by Air Belgium that folded wings in March 2021.
   The aircraft is delivered on a lease agreement with Airbus Financial Services.
   Legend Airlines was established in 2020 and received its AOC in September 2021 - starting out modestly with one four-seats Cessna 172N Skyhawk aircraft!
