May 13, 2022 (newstodate): Emirates is seeing the Swedish market recovering and plans to return at full throttle again from 2023.
   Currently serving the route connecting Dubai and Stockholm with a daily rotation, Emirates will be back with 11 weekly rotations from February 1, 2023, as before the Covid-19 outbreak.
   After the Covid-19 lockdowns, flights to Stockholm commenced again from July 2, 2020, with three weekly Boeing 777 services, going up to four weekly rotations from August 1, and to daily flights from August 29, 2020.
   Emirates has been operating daily flights between Dubai and Stockholm since September 4, 2013, handled by Menzies under a contract that was last extended for another five years early in 2021.
