Apr 13, 2022 (newstodate): DB Schenker is deep into seafood air logistics in Scandinavia, and is now to focus on a new venue: healthcare.
   The company is calling applicants to fill a new position as Healthcare Product Manager Nordic within Air Freight to work out a business plan and market entry strategy to secure a structured development and investment in the healthcare segment.  
   Based at Stockholm, Gothenburg or Copenhagen, the successful candidate will be responsible for the economic performance and target achievement of the Air Freight Healthcare segment for developing a strategy to build up volumes in medical devices, biopharma, and vaccines.
   The intention to launch healthcare logistics was already aired by DB Schenker Norway in January 2021 - but the process was obviously delayed and suspended due to the disruptions caused by the Covid-19.
